2006 Activities

In the last year Magen Yehuda has trained and continues to train TRT's and emergency units in the towns and settlements all over the country.

Due to the new situation in the north, Magen Yehuda has been in contact with the northern settlements to upgrade their training so that they will be able to successfully confront any emergency situation with terrorist that should arise (G -d forbid):
  • Kibutz Biram

  • Kibbutz Yiron

  • Moshav Dovav

  • Moshav Avivim


    • In the southern section of Israel in the towns and settlements surrounding Gaza there is a great need for training and preparation.
  • Kibutz Nachal Oz ( where terrorists have already tried to get it)

  • Kibuttz Saad


    • The Yehuda and Shomron area:
  • Otnieal in the Southern Hills of Hebron

  • five TRTs in Efrat in the Gush Etzion area

  • Elazar in the Gush Etzion area

  • Sade Bar an agricultural center in the Judean Desert


    • In addition to training lectures about self defense were given as a public service in Maale Adumim, Kiryat Arba, Neve Daniel and Nokdim. Where there is a need, the lectures are given in English. It is especially important to educate the new immigrants.
